Upmanyu has been working in development sector for over 30 years. He has been with Swayam Shikshan Prayog since 1994 and has risen to be the Director Programs. In this position, he is responsible for the organization’s strategic planning, operations, raising funds & donor relationships. His passion has been working for women empowerment through various programs funded by international & national donors. Upmanyu has extensive experience in disaster mitigation, rural and environmental development, and water and sanitation management for community and local government, particularly in state and district technical assistance plans that mobilize women network, community, and panchayat raj institutions (PRI). Upmanyu earned a Diploma in civil engineering and a postgraduate in Business Administration from Symbiosis, Pune, and Maharashtra, India.
Vaishali is a grassroot women leader. Vaishali has 10 years of experience in SHG formation, their capacity building & Strengthening, Vaishali has experience across health, sanitation & organic farming with women groups. Vaishali earned a BA degree in 2016. She was selected as “Yuva Shetkari Sanman “ which was conducted by Agro-one in 2019.
Mamata is a working professional renowned pathologist and medical practioner since 2016. As a director, she is responsible health awareness, training and implementation of health related initiatives. Dr. Mamata has 7 years of experience in SHG strengthening & capacity building of SHG. She is very closely associated with rural women especially the health aspect. Dr. Mamata completed her MBBS in 2009 and MD (Pathology) in 2015. She achieved 1st rank in post-graduation and secured gold medal.
